I’m Joe Rizzo Naudi, a writer from London with an inherited retinal dystrophy (RP). Since 2019 I’ve used a long, black cane to help me get around the city. Black Cane Diary features fiction and creative non-fiction pieces about my experiences as a visually impaired person.

ID: a bearded, smiling white man in his mid-thirties wearing a denim shirt and jeans. He sits in front of a microphone and holds a mobile phone.
